Walking Up the King's Highway with Loretta Oliver

In the "early days" of the web (early 1990s), some Christians complained the Internet and associated technologies were "tools of the devil" and would only lead people away from God and the church.

It didn't turn out that way, as most of us now know. God has used the internet to teach, bless, and encourage His people. This video of Loretta Oliver singing lead with the Fellowship Baptist Church Reunion Choir really makes the point. Listening to this choir is a great mid-winter lift.

Lyrics to "Walking Up the King's Highway" (song by Mary Gardner and Thomas A. Dorsey):

It's a highway to heaven,
none can walk up there,
but the pure in heart.

It's a highway to heaven,
walking up the King's highway.

Lyrics to "When We All Get to Heaven" (lyrics by Eliza E. Hewitt):

When we all get to heaven,
What a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus,
We’ll sing and shout the victory!

Enjoy!
